Sherry is a seasoned veteran of the Catholic, non-Catholic Christian and secular communications and media industries. In her 33 years in the industry, she has worked at a wide variety of media outlets and organizations excelling in programming, marketing, audience development, PR, promotions, development and strategy. In April of 2005, Sherry left her position as president and chief programming officer at Relevant Radio to open her own marketing, PR and media creative firm. As senior partner of the Kennedy Brownrigg Group, she works directly with organizations and individuals around the world to achieve their goals and realize their mission. Kate Sell is a strategic planning, organizational management, development and communications professional with fifteen years experience in business, media and nonprofit consulting.
Kate’s blend of business and Catholic non-profit experience lend themselves to a unique understanding of “the Catholic space” and the state of the Church today, having the ability to offer models and best practices for cooperating with the Holy Spirit to bring about the New Evangelization in parishes and Catholic communities throughout the country. At the Kennedy Brownrigg Group, Rachel Cooley is focused on developing relationships with Catholic and Christian media outlets for clients and partners as well as creating innovative marketing campaigns. She explores and develops new ways for clients to communicate their mission and message using new and social media, gathers marketing intelligence and media feedback and oversees all marketing for the Kennedy Brownrigg Group. Carrie Kline offers a wide array of experience in sales, marketing, and outreach to the Kennedy Brownrigg Group. With an educational background in public relations and communications,Carrie started her career in the direct sales industry. In the 10 years she held this position, she received national recognition for sales performance and recruiting achievements on multiple occasions. Over the last several years, her focus has been working with faith-based non-profit organizations in the areas of outreach and development, building brand awareness and making connections with target audiences. Pete Socks converted to the Catholic faith in 1996. After a reversion experience in 2012 he began blogging as The Catholic Book Blogger, providing readers with reviews of newly released Catholic books. This extended into interviews with some of today’s top Catholic authors including Scott Hahn, Mike Aquilina, and Father Larry Richards (whom Pete credits for his reversion). After self-hosting his blog, Elizabeth Scalia invited him to move under the Patheos umbrella which he has called home since 2014. In addition to blogging, Pete serves as a Managing Editor at Catholic Stand and hosts his own weekly radio show on Breadbox Media entitled Off the Shelf. Jackie left a budding career in TV News utilize her communications skills working in youth and young adult ministry and education. She was able to translate her training in “writing for ratings” into an ability to promote faith-based programs and evangelize young people, making full use of her talents in video, new technology, and graphic design.
